Position Overview

The firm is seeking a Head of Capital Formation to lead its institutional fundraising, business development, and marketing efforts. Reporting directly to the firm's senior leadership, this individual will be responsible for developing and executing the firm's capital formation strategy while building and leading the fundraising function over time. Early engagement with both current and prospective investors will focus on relationship building and market education, laying the foundation for future capital raising efforts.
